These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of theatlanticinstitute.org (the “Site”), operated by the Atlantic Institute, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization located at 591 N Main St #100, Alpharetta, GA 30009. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
About the Atlantic Institute
The Atlantic Institute is a nonprofit organization that promotes intercultural and interfaith dialogue, education, and civic engagement through events, programs, and publications across Georgia, Alabama, Florida, South Carolina, and Tennessee.
Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the Site. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress to any person, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the Site.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and event photography, is the property of the Atlantic Institute or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Event Registration and Attendance
Registration for events listed on the Site does not guarantee admission; capacity limits may apply. The Atlantic Institute reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel any event. We are not responsible for travel or other costs incurred in connection with an event that is changed or canceled.
Donations
Donations made through the Site are processed by a third-party payment processor and are generally non-refundable except as required by law. Donations support the Atlantic Institute’s programs and operations at our discretion, consistent with our mission and any donor-specified designation we are able to honor.
User Submissions
If you submit comments, testimonials, photos, or other content to us, you grant the Atlantic Institute a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our mission and programs.
