Atlantic Leadership Forum (ALF) is a leadership program designed to support undergraduate and graduate students from diverse backgrounds to develop and strengthen their leadership skills. The main goal of ALF is to give students a vision for serving the community with a global perspective, by forging connections with locally, nationally, and internationally-renowned leaders and public servants.
ALF programs are designed to create opportunities for participants to bridge the gap between the theory and practice of leadership skills necessary to thrive in their future professional careers. Together with sponsoring institutions, twice a year ALF identifies undergraduate and graduate students and organizes a luncheon to introduce them to leaders in the community.
