Being a Christian Pastor In a Poor Neighborhood
Rev. Georgia Tatro is involved in a ton of non-profit and community empowerment activities in the Greater Atlanta area and spoke about his experiences serving a lower-income community as the pastor of Memorial Drive Presbytarian Church. The lecture focused on how we can empower a community without many resources. In a very inspiring discussion, we discovered the importance of developing the right relationship with others, rather than striving for the need to be "right" about social matters.
