On the evening of Friday, June 24th, The Atlantic Institute will be hosting a Community Service Appreciation Iftar Dinner in order to honor our local government officials, peace officers, religious leaders, and other public servants whose hard work is so often taken for granted. We want to take the evening to honor and serve you! This is a free event to show those that dedicate their lives for our communities every day that we care and appreciate them.
For the world’s 1.5 billion Muslims, Ramadan is a time of fasting, prayer, closeness to God, family, and community. It is also the perfect time for Muslims to invite their friends and neighbors to share in the spirit of Ramadan through an iftar dinner, which are the meals that break the fast. Please join us, so that in addition to honoring your service, we may also share a bit of culture and tradition with you.
I hope your schedule allows for you to join us. Please RSVP for yourself, your loved ones and if would like to invite your friend, please pass this invitation along.
